Shipping Policy

As you know, discus throwing is a discipline practiced all over the world and by enthusiasts. 

FIXmyDISC will be keen to allow all disc throwers on the planet to repair and personalize their machine. 

The delivery price is borne by both FIXmyDISC and the customer. However, this price may vary depending on your location and customs duties. We reserve the right to make price adjustments, you will be kept informed.

Return and Exchange Policy

FIXmyDISC products are the result of several months of research. However, as with other discs, we cannot guarantee their durability in an environment that is not suitable for the practice of our discipline or in extreme environments such as areas of high and low temperatures. Repeated or violent impacts on the elements around the circle (cage, poles, trees) or on hard surfaces will alter or even damage the products. 

Our hulls are tested under normal conditions, that is to say in an environment suitable for discus throwing with temperate climatic conditions and on grass.

We reserve the right to make changes to the side plates. A weight adjuster may be needed to bridge the weight differential to allow for disc competition. This can modify the RIM of the disk.

We will not be able to exchange cases except in special circumstances. We guarantee to ship a case that matches your measurement request. We will not refund if your measurements were not accurate.
